El Forastero MC History

The El Forastero Motorcycle Club was founded in Sioux City, Iowa in 1962 by Tom Fugle and Harlan “Tiny” Brower.

El Forastero Motorcycle Club was founded after the founding members attempted to join the Satan Slaves MC.

The motorcycle club’s name of El Forastero means “The Outsider” in Spanish. The members ride Harley Davidson choppers.

It is said that El Forastero Motorcycle Club gave Galloping Goose Motorcycle Club their first one percenter patch, making them brother clubs. They are known allies and share a clubhouse with them in Kansas City, a chapter which was founded by artist David Mann (see further down in this article) and a black biker known at the time as Nigger Sam.

El Forastero MC Patch / Motto

The El Forastero Motorcycle Club patch is centred around a set of ape hangers, also known as monkey bars, which are a popular bar choice for some custom choppers.

El Forastero MC Crime / In The Media

June 1991 – The Sioux City clubhouse is raided by the ATF.

June 2009 – William Eneff, a member of El Forastero Motorcycle Club who went by the nickname of “Muff”, pleads guilty to participating in a conspiracy to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine between Jan. 1, 2002, and May 31, 2007.

As part of this guilty plea he admitted that “members of El Forastero and the affiliated Galloping Goose Motorcycle Club were required to annually pay dues and attend a certain number of motorcycle trips, known as runs, each year. On each run, the members were required to pay money that was pooled, or collected by each club charter, then forwarded to the specific Galloping Goose or El Forastero charter that hosted the particular motorcycle run in order to purchase methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana. Those drugs were maintained in run bags, which were distributed to all club members that attended the run.

A member of the Galloping Goose Motorcycle Club was also charged with similar offences as part of this case. As part of his plea deal William Eneff agreed to a 7 year prison sentence, without parole.
